I review articles on websites and quite often I search the page I am
currently on for keywords.  I would like to set "Find on this page" as my
default search provider so I can just use the search field up at the top of
IE to look for keywords within the article instead of ...

I had problems with my internet explorer. The helpline helped me reset the
browser. All my tools were switched off. The help line couldn't help me reset
the toolbar to its former settings! I managed to switch on my add ons, but

Vista/IE7 - currently getting script errors and can't use IE. Would like to
uninstall and roll back to IE6 (IE7 was installed on notebook and I believe

Whenever i used to use the back button on ie7 it would take me to the same
area of the previous page. Now when I use the back button it takes me to the
top of the previous page, which can be a right pain when its a very large
page.

I have a Konica copier (Bizhub 350) that gets managed with a web browser.
On a fresh XP system I can get to it fine and manage it.  But after I get
all 97 of my windows updates for XP and IE7 I only get error "400 Bad
Request" when I try to manage this copier.

New installation of MS WXP Pro with SP2, NIS 2008. The machine connects to

Anyone else noticed
1/ If you use scroll button to scroll down a web page - and if you scroll
over a link - the page goes home (back to top)
2/ All sorts of mouse/keyboard problems make it almost impossible to type

In firefox, you can set it to open last opened web sites everytime you start
up.
Can you do the same with ie7? have been clicking around..

With XP Pro, several times a day I get a simple error message: "Windows
Internet Explorer Error 8,8,9,0,5"  I click on the X and it goes away.  I
have done extensive research on this error but can not find anything on it.  
It this just a nuisance or is it something I have to take ...
