Every once in a while for no apparent reason that I can discern all the
toolbars that I meticulously arranged to my liking are rearranged when an
instance of IE starts. This is with "lock toolbars" set so it isn't some
sort of accidental click and drag.

I (ill-advisedly)  downloaded Silverlight from the MS Updates web-site.
It then became impossible to log-on to a favourite web-site, using Windows
Internet Explorer 7.
I un-installed Silverlight.

My IE7 installation on WinXP Pro has stopped displaying CSS colors -
no background colors, CSS font colors are ignored.  Short of trying

Hi,
sometimes when searching from google , if I open a link in a new window, the
IE toolbar in the new window is unlocked & all mixed up. I have to re-arrange
it & lock it myself.

I have created a second identity (for business) in outlook express and all
seems to work fine until i try to receive emails to this identity. I am able
to successfully send emails from this identity but not receive any.
