I have instructions on how to fix (by deletion) a problem in the register. The first recommended step is to make a back up copy of the Register. Can not find any instruction on how to accomplish this. Any instructions/suggestions?

J.When replying to ‘e’mails using the ‘Reply’ function, the body of the reply space is greatly reduced and frequently allows for only 1 line of text - altho’ when I type my message in Word and copy to the ‘e’mail, the whole message does get installed.
