Hi all, recently noticed that Animated Smilies that we use in forums on IE7,
have stopped moving.
is there any settings on the computer that may have been changed without us
knowing?

Once I drag a internet shortcut from my desktop to a afolder in my computer,
it changes to the defualt IE7 default icon. How come?
