I found the firefox "cookies.txt" file but apperantly it's in a format IE 7
can't read...when you click finish on the import cookies wizard it says
"unable to ..."

I am getting an intermittant, and very irritating error message when I am in
Hotmail, using IE version 7.  
The heading on the box is "EWP Core", then it says

With IE already running, if I click on an IE doc (e.g. a JPEG), it
launches a SECOND IE instance and opens therein. But I want it to use
