I run both 32 bit and 64 bit Internet Explorer on my laptop. I have problems with the 64 bit internet explorer allowing active X so certain parts of the page do not load. Does anyone know of the fix?

my problem is that when I have more than one page up and I shudown one page everything else shuts down too. which means if I am using dial-up I have to dial back my internet connection and then hunt up the original page I was viewing.

What is the best way to do offline browsing using IE7? I find myself locked up in airplanes (or other spaces without wi-fi access) quite frequently and one way to use the time productively would be to do some of my reading offline. Any recommendations?

This has happened at Topix.Net and Dice.com, so far. When typing in any text area, Internet Explorer will do something to interrupt typing and return focus to the textbox causing misstypes and mistakes.

I am having the same problem as Slate roofer and my operating system is XP pro and IE is version 7. This is the only machine I have this problem on my old desktop on XP home and new system on Vista does not have this problem.

I run XP. I updated from ie6 to ie7. Now when i go to several web sites I can't see the ads, which I want to see. When I uninstalled ie7 and went back to ie6, I can see the ads. I reinstalled ie7 and no ads again. What's up?
