very often, when downloading files, they are not completed. The download
stops at different intervals of the actual size of the file. Could it be the
server's fault?

http://terratv.terra.com is a web with video on demand inside. Black screen
only. Firewall shutdown. What is a confuguration or requeriments for Video on
Demand? I use IE7 and Windows Media Player 11.

I have an XP machine that after installing all critcal updates including xp
sp3, seemed fine.  But now even though i had been past the runonce window,
now it continually comes up but says there is an error on the page and just
stits there when you click save settings....
