Recently I have installed SP 3 of Windows XP on my laptop.I can't find the"repair Inernet connection problems " in my IE that I have used before.It looks missing. I had download problems before and continue to have them.Some downloads

Well, I don't have any major problems on my computer, but it does seem to irritate me quite a bit when my explorer deson't close after I finish using the browser! I din't have this problem before, i.e when I had SP 2, Windows XP Professional 2002!

ever after my ie has upgrated to ie7 ,,it runs a little bit slowly than it used to be,,especially, when it opens a new page ,,,

sorry for the wide blast. I am unable to login to sites like Orkut, gmail, yahoomail etc . When i type the url i get the login page but when i give my credentials and click login, the browser doesnot open the home page it shows unable to run script etc.....

When it comes to crashes and lockups with IE, most of the responses in this forum suggest 1) checking for malware, and 2) looking at other threads about the same issues. If there were solutions in the other threads then you'd think there

Hello. I am trying without success to set and accept the security certificate for a site that I go to. I go through the steps to load the certificate, Explorer (IE7) says it is loaded...but I still get the certificate warning when I go to the site.

If I have more than one window open when I close one window the whole IE shuts down and then closes the other windows that I have open then restarts what do I do to stop that

I have bought a new Toshiba laptop...it starts off OK on internet...but then a) will not let me open more than one website at a time b) after working online for a while..it stops allowing me to open things, eg open photos to view..stubbornly refuses..if I sign out amnd start again ...

For some reason the site bar at the very top of the screen shows it in chinese and not english, the rest of the page is in english. I have checkeg the properties of the ie7 and all is well. If i minimise the screen it shows it also on the bottom bar in chinese, does anyone know ...

I keep having to reinstall IE once every week or so. It'll work fine for a while, but then it starts freezing. I open it. A window opens, but it stays blank...for a long time. It never goes to my home pages, and it never even says the name of any of them (there are 4).

I've just had a reply from the Microsoft EMEA Consumer Technical Support team that I'll process on Saturday, when I have some more time. Meanwhile, one of my suggestions in the thread referred to above was why didn't MS point users to all those KB notes on their Update site.
