hi,,,i have been using the internet explorer 6 on windows vista which was
working properly until i encountered a strange problem with some sites such
as hotmail and facebook......the problem that when i sign into my hotmail
account the page which should be displayed normally is ...

Everything is anti-aliased now (i.e. "smooth") and I don't like it!!!  
There's no option to turn it off . . . and it even messes up my email as
well.  I assume they did this to make the zoom feature work better, but they
should allow for it to be turned off!

Whenever i try to load certain web pages, i get a error message at the bottom
left side of my screen. Then the web page doesn't work properly. This problem
just started, if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated

On my laptop, when I enter a URL in the site address bar and hit
enter, it does not take me to the entered site, but does a search
instead.  I know there is a way to change this behavior to have the
bar send you to the URL site instead and I thought I had a note on how

An odd behaviour I can't figure out. My Windows Live Page will not load in
IE7. It does in both Firefox and Opera. When I try to open it in IE7 it

Internet Explorer is completely missing from my PC.
The Internet Explorer folder at C:\Program Files\ is completely missing, all
the icons are missing, and any reference to IE has just vanished.
Is there a way to reinstall IE for Windows Vista? I've done a few searches

I use Windows XP home with IE7.
I read microsoft article saying that I need to uninstall IE7 prior to
install new service pack3. It stated if I install service pack3 with IE7 in
my PC I won't able to uninstall IE7 in the future. The ariticle recomend I

For some odd reason, internet explorer continues to crash and states there's
a memory error. Oddly enough...the computer that this does this on has quite
a bit of memory, and no other program other than IE crashes. Any clue as to
how I can fiix it?

Hi, is there something I can do about this? Open a web-page I know is slow to
download. Open another IE session and another web-page that is quicker. Once
the "slower page" finishes loading it forces itself open over the "quicker

What about IE7 to minimize to tray, hiding it self from the task bar on
minimize, without any third party apps to ruin the IE7?
What about open last tab list?

IE7 will no longer allow printing after the following Vista updates
done on 5/7/2008.  I do not get any error messages.

Shalom all my pals,
I just upgraded on my Vista Ultimate laptop to new Norton Internet Security
2008 to replace expired 2007 version. The expired version never gave me
problem past year.
