I have installed the above twice now and the 'run once' page doesn't work - I
go through the 'choose your settings' and nothing happens. The page says done
but with the '!' mark for errors on page. Any suggestions as to why and what

Never had problems with this before, simply put the ip address of the proxy

1) There seems to be no way to change text size and have it "stick" so that
subsequent page will show the same size text. The default seems to be
"medium" with no way change it and make it stay changed. Can this apparent
