When receiving a web page an embedded image is blank with an 'x' in the
 upper left corner.  How do I enable the image at download?

I develop web pages on one computer with a Vista / IE7 configuration.
I have another computer with an XP SR2 / IE6 configuration that I'm using to
test the pages.
Problem: I update my code, confirm that it's updated on my first computer.

Is it possible to open IE7 from a .url file and open multiple tabs without
having them set as home pages?  Or alternately create another shortcut to
IE7 but with switches to open various URL's up in seperate tabs?
Basically I'd like to have IE7 open 90% of the time with just one ...

Hi, I have a windows 2008 server with IE7 on it.  We connect to the web
through a proxy server which requires authentication.
Usually when I open IE it asks for username and password which i specify in
the format domain\username then the password.  This works on my 2003/XP

IE 7.0 using Hotmail, I get emaiils when my posts have generated activity.  
But when I click on the email link to read the response, I get a blank
screen.  Why?  Is this an IE config, or Hotmail issue?  Thanks.

I would like to set the Ibar to flash 3 or 5 or 7 or continuous at my option
instead of poping up the message box.  I DO need a reminder because its hard
to see the Ibar appear with all the flash and activity on today's web pages.

I have Windows XP Home Edition and Internet Explorer 7 installed.
Downloading mp3 music files has always been fine, until recently.
Usually when I download mp3 files, I right-click the link and click Save
Target As... and easily save the mp3 file to my documents.

My internet explorer automatically opens up AOL.  But I am having troubles
when it comes to backing out of a website.  Most often I have to exit
internet explorer and restart to get back to my home page on AOL.  Any
suggestions?

I just found that I can't post in these newsgroups using IE7. I can browse
and read fin, but trying to reply or post a new topic just bounces me to the
Live passport login page or just "refreshes" the screen.

Shortcuts like CTRL+C, CTRL+Z, DEL etc. have suddenly stopped working. They
are working fine in all other programs.
IE shotscuts like CTRL+F seems to be fine.
