How do you disable the dialog box that pops up and says "The webpage you are viewing is trying to close the window. Do you want to close this window?" This is on IE7.

When I do a Google search with Firefox, I can connect successfully to any sites found by my search. But if I use IE7, the browser hangs when I click on any link. Has the recent MS update altered settings **yet again** ?

Vista Ultimate. IE7. Occasionally, IE gets into this mode where it won't print anything. The printer is fine ( other apps print , including driver test page ). Restart doesn't necessarily help.

There are times when I am surfing with IE7 using Google for searching when both the back and forward buttons become grayed out. When this happens it leaves me no choice but to bail out of IE7 and start over. I have tried the esc function but it doesn't help.
