I've writen a small php code for displaying an image according to certain
width and height.
Until the last week, everything went fine. Suddenly the images are being cut
in the middle.

When I open a site in IE7 it opens in a window less than full screen.  I
drag the edges to the size I want.  Close the window and reopen it and its
