Fairly new facebook user.  Recently started getting 'operation aborted'
coming up when I try to post on walls, open a friends profile, compose
messages, delete a mini-feed - it comes up for pretty much anything I try to
do on facebook, resulting in my connection to facebook ...

i tried downloading by open and save. but in the end this pop up shows saying
extraction failed:
update/jesetup.exe is not a valid win32 application.
how do i solve this?

i am considering upgrading to IE7 for the advanced features, but don't really
like the redesigned look of the upper toolbars. is it possible to change the
toolbars back to the current IE6 ones while still using IE7 and the tabs?

When i try to view the videos on the Yahoo news videos (UK), the page has no
scroll bar down the side, the result is i can only view the top few videos
which are visible the rest are hidden and cant be viewed. Can i put a scroll
bar on this page via the IE7 settings?

Can anyone explain to me why a NEW account that has 'Administrator'

I put common websites into my Hosts file.  Even so, I have found that
some sites, like forums.caranddriver.com, are still able to access
servers like adbureau.net.  How can they do this?  I had tried clearing
both my history and my history to ensure IE couldn't possibly be

I've IE7 on XP sp2.
It crashes loading yahoo webpage.
It does not crash without add-on.
It seems a stack overflow (maybe in winspool.drv or mshtmled.dll):

I recently found that if I right-click on a folder in Favourites, IE7
freezes up! I can right-click files without any problems, but if it's a
folder then it just freezes.

I am using a P4 @ 2.4gHz XP SP2 system w 512mb, and notice when the above
page is open in IE7 any mouse movement over any portion of the page causes
cpu usage to peg over 90% and I think that's a little odd.

What is the cause of the long delay in saving an IE shortcut? This
happens only after a few IE windows are open, or when at least one IE

IE crashes on several sites that I use for business.
I'm using IE 7 on Vista Home Premium.
The sites are secure and use popup windows (this is what crashed the
browser) that when clicked on that stops the browser and cannot shut it down

machine and it came with IE 7. What a piece of crap. I should have known
better. A year ago I accidently did an automatic update and microsoft shoved
