Is there any command line parameter to clear the cache i.e. Temporary internet files as well as to delete the cookies? That means before opening the browser I should delete temp internet files and cookies.

We have trouble with IE7 to reach the site support.microsoft.com from our company. With IE6 there is no problem. The strange thing is that with IE7 it worked until april 2008. We have tested this on several PC's with XP and Vista, both having the same problem with IE7.

i have a white background on every web page i visit. i have windows xp home edition and have tried deleting internet explorer and re-installing, but that did not help.

Some websites I have been to, such the photo sharing websites ask user to install ActiveX control for the download function. If I don't use that website any more, how can I uninstall the ActiveX to save space? Thanx in advance

I have 2 pc with windows vista and ie7 and they both can't open easily www.libero.it, loading it's really slow and the tab result unsuable even if you try to stop loading and close it

I think it's quite annoying to look at this forum. Many users are having problems with IE7, but those MVPs can only have one answer - they think IE7 does not work it is simply users' fault because they have incompatible plugins etc...

I have a 64-bit 2003 Server that is also a Citrix server. It has both the 64-bit and 32-bit versions of IE installed. For some reason, I cannot get one version or the other to be the default. I'm guessing it is because one user in a terminal session will open the 64-bit

A customer is experiencing timeouts when using IE7 to access their secure management website. The website is hosted offsite (not on their LAN) on a Linux/Apache/PHP server. IE6 works and Firefox works, only IE7 has the issue.
