When I open IE, it goes to my home page, which is a blank page.  Then I type
in the site (www.abc.com) and it opens a second window for that site.  The
origiinal blank page remains.  Then I have to delete it.  When I want to open
another site, I have the same problem.  It didn't ...

I can't get IE7 to render rss feeds.  The feeds list comes up, and I can see
the listing, select them, change properties, etc.  But if I click on one, the
window just goes blank.  I can right-click and see the feed source, so I know
the data is coming through.  

I have IE7 installed on my computers, but I would like to be able to test my
website on IE6 as well. Is there a way to install IE6 on my computer for this
purpose? I would appreciate any help or advice you can offer. FYI, I have
Windows XP and use Dreamweaver for the website.

I had my Juno email on the web bookmarked. Instead of scrolling down the
Favorites to search for my bookmark, I click File Open and type in the first
3 letters of my bookmark and then select it and hit Enter. I've been doing
that for years with my Juno email bookmark - the url is

Im haveing trouble getting IE7 to show Forums. I can fill out forums fine
throught Fire fox but IE7 downloads the file and try to open it throught Info
path. The Forum that im trying to access is browser enabled. I was woundering
what setting do i need to change on IE7.

paste) option... have to use alt+c ...

When I try to open my Internet Explorer 7 the following message appears:
"Do you want to save this file?
Name: navcand
Type: unknown type

In the past the location of the Favorites folder was put on a newtwork drive K:.
After a re-organisation the network drive is not longer available.
Instead a new network drive Q:\myfiled\ is now available with the previous
Favorites is available.

It is possible to disable the information bar (yellow, top of IE7 window),
wich appear when i try to download a file from a web site?

When I open up a video on youtube it displays fine but when I enlarge the
youtube video the video/picture disappears but the audio still plays. Thank

There is an ASP page, say abc.asp. When I open that it shows me some content.
When I click on 'Edit With Microsoft Word for Windows' in the File menu it
gets transfered to a WORD page, however, the contents are blank. This page
does not have any edittable fields (preview page).

Recently IE7 has stopped downloading attachments sent to me.
I have been able to download them in the past but no longer.
This also occurs in FF 3.0.1
The extension is often on .htm.

I have IE7 setup to open new windows and popups in a NEW TAB! I have noticed
that some sites that used to open new tabs when clicking their links (for
photos etc) are now not only opening the new tab with the desired page
(right!), but the original tab is also changing to the ...

if i try to use a desktop shortcut when it loads explorer7.0, explorer
freezes , but if i load explorer first then hit shortcut it works fine, my
operating sys is xp professional
