The window for IE7 is full screen and I can not resize it. Clicking on a corner does not present me with the option to move the edges. When I right click on the blue bar on top the resize and move options are greyed out. Can anyone help with this? Thanks

For a number of months I have not been able to use ie7 on my Vista machine. A message came up once or twice indicating that there was a corrupt file: iexplore.exe, and perhaps another file as well, I can't remember. I can't download ie7 from regular websites. Any recommendations?

My home pc IE on XP SP2 suddenly cannot access some websites, eg. www.yahoo.com. However, these website can be accessed from my office PC using the IE. It happens for few days, so I can assume there are problems of my home PC.
