The "change search default" item does not work. After setting as live search, it goes back to Google as default automatically.

With IE7 and MS Home Editon XP when I try to download Adobe Reader I get blocked. I think it has someting to do with ActiveX but have not found a solution.

I am using vista and have IE 7 installed which restarts for no reason. whenever I X out of a website IE7 tells me it has to restart.

Sometimes I can connect to Internet Explorer immediatley and sometimes not. I also cannot connect to links within sites. I've reset to my default and there are no other problems on the computer; I did a full scan.

(IE7, XP Home) The hotmail login site will remember my email address, but not the password, even though I have checked "remember email and password" . Is there any way to get this to work?

I'm trying to find a way to upgrade the MSIE v6.0 sp1 to sp2 using win2k operating system, I've googled for it but everything is related to XP... is it possible to upgrade the browser without changing to XP? It would seem to me that it should be, but.....

When I try to Save Picture As....... in IE7 to the My Pictures folder (default folder that appears) IE7 kicks me out. Is it possible to change the default folder and if so, how? This is not a problem in Firefox, but I prefer to use IE7.
