I have bought HP Pavillion 6885 SE and Vista came preloaded in this. (OEM)
I am having a lot of difficulty using Internet Explorer. It all of a sudden
says "Internet Explorer has stopped working properly and blah blah.....
blah...." all the tabs and all the instances of Internet ...

When I have several tabs open in one IE7 window and I logoff in one tab (a
forum for exmaple) I have to logon in all other tabs again where I was logged
on to a forum or control panel or other sites.

my gmail inbox and another tab open to facebook.  If I have those open and

Just want to ask why does the internet history show item that are not
webpages?  I have noticed lately that even if I am offline and am using
powerpoint or word the file names show up in the history list like I opened
them under the FILE menu on IE.

Hi, I've been trying to fix a problem on a friends laptop running vista.
The problem is that whenever it goes onto the web with IE7 it doesn't disply
correctly, just displays pages as text and pictures, and not in the usual
framework.

Connected my friend's PC (XP Pro, IE7) via my ethernet cable.
I can browse OK but when I attempt to download files (such as free

I have IE7 and amrunning Windows XP.
IE freezes when I try and follow a link or open a second tab. It slows the
whole of my computer down and does not right itself . I have to close IE
and reopen the page I wanted.
