Im using Vista home basic n IE. My problem is when i try to download a file,
its didnt give me a choice of which folder to save my file but its save
directly to temporary internet folder. Its used to have a Browse button to

I just formated the hard drive and reinstalled Vista Home Premium. Things are

I can not use the reply in this or any other MS newesgroup.  When I try, it
gets a redirct URL, but comes back to the page with "New to discussions?" in
