I need to display a notify to the user when Iexplorer has a different
language than EN-USA,  we run an application that needs this specefic
language setup,  we have some users with the OS in Spanish and this could
generate some errors if not prevously adjusted.

I've noticed when Protected Mode is on, IE7 is hideously slow (slower than my
Dial-up was).  When it's not on, it runs as I feel it should run.  But  then
I'm not getting maximum protection.  Are there any ways to fix this?  If not,
who can I complain to?  This is unacceptable.  ...

I am cleaning up a machine with XP+SP2 where several previous owners
left some damage. The folder "outlook express" is empty. In control
panel - add/remove programs - windows components, there is no item
"outlook express" to add. Upgrading from IE6 to IE7 did not add OE.

I just downloaded a pdf file and I was wondering is there a way that I can
enable the document rights so that I can underline and make notes on the
document.....so when I print the document, it will also print my notes.

My IE 7.0 running on Vista keeps crashing and I don`t know why since I have
no add-ons installed or anything like that. After surfing the Internet, when
I try to close IE it stars opening very many new tabs and then i have to quit
it from the task manager.

For some reason when I open any programme in I.E. I get a message

I did a clean new install of windows ultimate on my dell laptop. IE has been

pages are not downloading completely but "Done" is in the left hand
corner.  Also, buttons aren't working on some website.  I click the

my internet explorer does not open at all. im using firefox at the moment but
i need to know how to fix this problem as i use it a lot. the error message
says APPCRASH. not sure wot it means. can anyone please help

I moved from America to China, set my desktop clock to China time and set my
country to China. Time shown there is correct.
Problem is when I send people e-mail (Using Hotmail) the time shown on the
mail is still American time.
