and usually save as a .mht file so I don't clutter up my folders with

Is there some way to get IE7 to NOT expand the favorites menu to show
every folder and sub folder when you are adding a favorite. I have a
lot of folders and this is almost unusable. I'd much prefer the

I use Mozilla/Firefox for internet service.  I cannot update things without
IE.  I installed a new version of IE and it will not connect.  I can use the
internet fine with Firefox.  I have done the diagnostic for IE and it says it

I have been battling the 'Save Image As' Untitled.bmp with a specific site
that I run.  I have looked up info on this problem but came up with the same

My internet explorer was working great until I downloaded XP Service Pack 2.

Under Internet Options, I am missing all my tabs except for Connections.  
General, Security, Privacy, Advanced, all of them are missing.  I can't find
any information on the web about this.  They have been missing for months.

There have been many threads on this in the past BUT, why does the Back
button work at computers in public libraries, university computers, etc. but

I want to keep some usefull cookies while deleting harmfull or unwanted
cookies. When I go in Internet options, delete cookies it deletes all
cookies. If I view the temporary internet files, some cookies are missing

Hou about a button on the toolbar that mutes all sound that is generated
through internet explorer. either a global button or something per tab.
This gets rid of al the times i come acros a page that autoplays a sound or
flashmovie and i need to hunt for a mute button.

I am running IE 7 on a brand new computer with Windows Vista Home Premium.  
Sometimes when I open my home page (www.att.net), the screen begins to
"bounce" all over the places and the toolbar on the top of the screen
disappears.  The only way to stop this behavior to press ESC ...
