please adivse why my tabs are not opening. let me know what i can do to fix it

Please guide me by sending the access steps to me as soon as possible.
1) My friend couldn't download any file at all.
-I'm sending a Windows Live Installer and some Installer files to my friend
for downloading and she totally couldn't accept anything.

What can I do to solve the following:

I am extremly frustrated by the errors that crop up using IE7 and vista ...
The LEAST you could do is make IE7 downloadable.. especially for those of us
that have genuine microsoft products !! It makes one want to move permanently
to firefox!!

I am already using IE 7. Every so offen I get this site;

internet explorer keeps closing and restarting everytime it opens up
secondary windows and I close them out with the x button.  Everytime it
closes then say's restarting or press cancel? can anybody help since you
cannot reinstall inter7

IE has blocked me from making changes to my homepage selection.  I only have
one user account on my computer and it has admin rights.  Ill try a new user
account!  Let me know if you have a solution or another idea I can try...

If the File/Edit/View etc. traditional menu is not visible, and it's not
visible by default, there seems to be no way to send a link by e-mail.  I use
this feature often.  Am I missing something?

I uninstall Microsoft Office 2007 now my Send Page by E-mail and Send Link by
E-mail is disabled in IE7 in both the File Menu and Page button Tool Bar

I'm running IE6 on a fairly standard company laptop (Windows XP Pro).  When I

I updated Internet Explorer 6 to 7.  After I restarted my computer there were
error messages.  My entire desktop is wiped out, there is no start menu, etc.
The only way I can access files or internet is through the Task Manager!  My
explorer is working fine...
