When I try to access 2 sites on Internet, I get a 403 Forbidden message.
It says "You don't have permission to access / on this server.", and a
message that says "Apache/1.3.27 Server at ns02.prioritytelecom.no Port 80"
The 2 sites are www.finn.no and www.aftenposten.no.

To the point: make sure your computer's time ZONE is set right, and the
 TIME is consistent with that zone (even if it's off a minute or two).
