How can I disable, using GPO, "add or change home page" option that's
available in  the drop down menu in the home page button on the command bar?
I do not want completely disable the home page buttun and I have already
disabled "change home page" using group policy.

Screen refreshes every few seconds and the address bar is cleared (reverts

I have found that some software I have does not work with IE8B2
(worked with IE8B1). Some sofware chrashes in "mshtml.dll", and
some websites (.net archive system) crashes when drop down menues is

Is it possible that when I set the default homepage in the GPO, that users
are able to set their own custom default homepage as second tab next to the
