My favorites in IE7 have disappeared.  They are still in the Favorites
directory in Documents and Settings but IE doesn't recognize them.
How do I get them back?

I am running IE 8 Beta.
However this pop up happens no matter what browser I am using.
I am using a netgear router for my wireless connection, and windows vista

About 50% of the time now when I try to open a new web page I get a "Network
Access Message: The page cannot be displayed" message. If I click the

Help.  Every so often, for no apparent reason, my IE 7 browser decides to
open a billionty tabs at once.  It never happens on any single website, it
appears purely random, and it drives me NUTS!
I'll just be browsing normally, maybe have 4 tabs open .... and suddenly IE7

Using WinXP, IE7 or IE8 makes no difference.
