My computer has Windows 98 2nd Edition. Error message says
Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL

I recently transfered all my files from an old computer to a new one with Windows XP.  Initially all of my saved sent/received message folders were intact, but now are all missing.  I can not locate any saved messages  or folders.

I have aHotmail account and I have tried to set up Hotmail in Outlook
Express, but when trying to acces e-mail in OE I get the following error
message:
Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server.  Account: 'Hotmail',

In several years of Outlook I have never seen this
happen. (Maybe I am just lucky)  After several hours
of "happy emailing, suddenly Outlook Express no longer
recognizes my password.  I could create a new identity
