I have an Excel "database" of several hundred records that contains, among
other things, fields for FirstName, LastName and EmailAddress. I need to
send the same email to each individual person in my database. Is there any
easy way I can create a distribution list?

When I want to create an email, I get
"There was an error opening this message.
An error has occured"
No duh!?!  Any help?

I set the mail rules for an assortment of key words used
in spam and it failed to identify any e-mails correctly

Outlook Express is stipping out incoming attachments as
unsafe if they are from MS Project. Other attachments
like Word or Excel documents open up OK.Any ideas?

I want to copy news message exist on my work pc to my home pc, how
i can do that?

usually i download all the news that belong to specific subject  and keep
them on my pc, can i delete a message from my
pc if i dont want it? or i will keep seeing it?

I'm a little confused.  Help/About shows 6.00.2800.1123, sent messages

I had a series of folders under my Inbox that have decided to no longer show

Someone wants me to resend a message. I hilite the original and click
"Send/Receive" on the top property bar?   I did this and it showed that it
was connecting to the server but there is no new address, etc in the Sent
items that shows that it was re-sent.

This is the message I get when I try using outlook
express. I also get an error message about the SMPT.
What am I doing wrong?  I have never used this because I
get those errors so I use other ways to send e-mails

Continue to have trouble with Outlook Express. I was
receiving Work Offline messages when browsing with IE.
Also, anything I would load on the desk top , ie a stock
ticker, that has settings to auto update, doesn't work
