My PoP 3 server address keeps changing.  I change it to
pop-server.xxxxxxx but next time I log on the address is
something like 208.163.10.3 (example only). I don't
particularly want to disable anti-spam, virus or firewall.

Why am I getting these types of attachments sent to me? How do I stop them?
Does this have something to do with people receiving blank emails from me
after I have sent them a mail full of text?

Can someone please assist me?  I was trying to setup a new
identity in Outlook Express for a second email address.
After the email was setup, I decided to switch identity
from my main email address. When I did, I rec'd an error

The problem domain has TWO dashes in the name-- www.e-t-races.com.  Much

I have recently gotten a new computer on which I've
installed Windows Professional.  
When I try and access Outlook Express, I get a message
that reads "The current identity could not be changed

3 questions:
1.  I want to import two contact groups from Outlook to
OE6.  How can I get OE to reconze the groups?  It just
lumps them all together.

When I try to open OE, a message comes up and says it
cant read C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe
Is there a way to get the msimn.exe back?

My email has gone tits up lately for some unknown reason.
I haven't changed any settings at all but for some reason it will not let me
send mail no matter which account I use.

ok I followed all your directions..downloaded the fpxpress
and put my gif in there..saved it as html file.no
problem...but then, I also followed all the onstrctions to
add a signature in outlook express and all I am getting is

Although I have good message rules, I seem to be getting some spam with
totally blank messages.  I created a rule which deletes any message which do
not contain at least one vowel and tested it.  It works.  Yet I still get
these spams.  I even looked at the source html code and ...

Does outlook Express 6.0 have any Anti- SPAM capabilities?
