Upon opening OE, the Address Book icon appears as it should on the toolbar. But after using OE for 30 minutes or so, the Address Book icon disappears. I can get it back by exiting OE and coming back in. Any suggestions?

I saved .dbx folders to 'my documents" when reinstalling OE. (Except I forgot folders.dbx.) To restore, I followed the instructions (to the letter) at oehelp.com/backup.aspx per Jim Pickering's suggestion.

Good morning. Is there a way to have a password on OE so no one could open it but me? Better yet, is there a way to put a password on a subfolder in my Inbox so that only I could open it?

I have 3 separate user accounts running on XP Pro. For purposes of my question, let's say users are A, B, and C. I have Outlook Express 6 icon on user A's desktop and when I click on the OE icon, Outlook Express opens just fine.

I get emails with WEB hot links/URL's, but when I click on them nothing happens (the browser doesn't open). Is there a setting in Outlook Express or in the Browser that needs to be enabled?
