I can no longer send messages in oe. I can send in web mail or yahoo. I can receive in outlook express. I get an error 550 message the says the reciever is not recognized it also mentions prot 25 and secure SSL. Can anyone help?

I have tried to use Outlook Express 6.0 as an email client to access an ISP email account behind a corporate firewall, without success as the firewall doesn't open ports 110 and 25 There is no way I can get IT to open those ports The ISP doesn't offer an HTML interface a la Hotmail
