This problem happened awhile ago, I  think after an XP
upgrade. Outlook is ok.
It got fixed somehow in the past but I don't remember how.
Any ideas?

When I receive photos with an e mail, sometimes they are
displayed underneath the text in the body of the e mail
and sometimes they are an attachment that I have to click
on to view.

I recently sent my PC into the the shop for some repairs.
When I picked it up and hooked everything back up, I
noticed that when I go to OE to check my mail, the window
with mail identities opens and prompts me for a password.

My wife is having a problem when receiving a message with a hyperlink in it.
In the past, clicking on it would open up IE and go to the page. Now,
nothing happens. Somewhere a setting or something has changed. Any ideas

Due to my own foolishness, I lost my Administrator I.D. in
Windows XP Home Edition.  Fortunately, through Safe Mode, I
was able to create a new one.  Unfortunately, the new
identify created an entirely new Internet Explorer and
