I have Windows XP and I am using Outlook Express 6.  It
crashes when I try to access the inbox.  I cannot solve
the problem, I have tried removing and re-installing

In one of my mail folders there are no items, yet in parenthesis next to the
folder name the is a (1), indicating there is one unread message.  Also, it
shows "1 message(s), 1 unread"  at the very bottom far right under my

Every time I close OE 6 I get the message msimn.exe   application error......Instruction at "0x77f83aef" referred memory at "0x009a4f04". The memory could not be written.  How can I correct this. The OS is WIN XP home version.

I searched, checked, and applied suggestions from previous posts on this
matter. I'm getting the following error trying to start OE.
'OE could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded'
I'm assuming it's OE6.0(using IE6.0/Win98se). The company just issued

When I first boot "internet express" I get an "Outlook Express" screen that
says that my "server has unexpectely terminated the connection".  There is

to clear Temp files it say "the operation has been

My old Win98 computer does not boot, but I moved the hard
drive into a brand new WinXPH computer.  I can access all

My Outlook Express INBOX was open when my system crashed.  
When I got the system back up and running the entire
contents of the inbox was gone.  The SENT ITEMS and

I have WindowsXP Professional SP1 with IE 6.
After Checking my Harddrive with CHKDSK.EXE I cannot open
any emails within Outlook Express. A error
appears: "RICHED32.DLL could not be found...".

I have to go to task manager and shut it down so that I
can re-open it to continue.

i have used it for several years and find it
