I'm trying to fine tune my OE6 message rules. I have a folder called spam
that my rules move suspect messages. Can anyone advise on the following 2
issues:
1. One of my rules is to catch those 'sorry we couldn't deliver your

solutions for OE 5.5 and lower.  (OS Win XP, OE6 SP1.)

I attend the University of Phoenix and we use Outlook
Express Newsgroups in our classes.

I am now using Outlook Express for my e-mail and newsgroups.
I was previously using Eudora for my E-mail but it is too CPU intensive.

The "Save Password" is grayed out.  This occurs when I try and check my
email.  It prompts me for a username and password but it is grayed out....

I can only have a dial-up due to line restrictions.  In
the last couple of weeks the window indicating that the
computer is dialing the ISP pops up and dials on its own.  
I can't figure out what is starting this activity.  The
