I have a computer which previously had a 17" monitor on it with a resolution of 1024x768. I took the computer to the States and I only have a 15" monitor and all I get is gobblygook on the monitor. Is there some way to change the settings to 800x600 without using a 17" monitor?

For some reason, whenever I start a new message in my outlook express (ie6), by pressing the button at the toolbar left side, it open a blank message with certain stationary. How do I change it so that it open a message with no stationary?

We have a problem opening Outlook Express at all - it seems something has become corrupted. The problem appeared to be connected with Norton AntiSpam, so we have completely uninstalled every trace of that, but OE still doesn't work.
