I just downloader the "oebackupfull2.9.zip" and it works beautifully on my WIN98SE, then I set it up on my wife's WinME puter, and when trying to use the backup it returned a dialog box with following. Run-time error "52"

Even though authenticated and initial indication of connection, newsgroups will not come down. And there's no error message. Worked on old Dell but not on this brand new Dell. Any ideas?
