When I am retrieving messages sometimes it times out before it finishe
retrieving all the messages. It doesn't finish the retrieval proces

I noticed that new inbound mail only shows up after I close out of Outlook Express and reopen it.  Doesn't seem right to me.  Isn't there a way of refreshing without having to sign out then in again
