When I click on a link that is set to open a new window, the window size is
about the size of a 50 cent piece.  When I click on the IE icon it opens up
full size.  I have looked at the MS Knowledge base, and could not find
anything on this.

On my computer (win 98 SE), suddenly are all the bodies empty.
I've deleted all his temp's folder and upgraded from OE 5 to OE6.
I can read the email through the option / see Source code, so the
database seems to be not damaged.

when I boot Outlook express runs normally I get all my emails,
but then when trying to receive new,  I get the following error message:
The connection to the server has failed. Account: (....) Protocol: POP3,
Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061,

BlankWhen trying to receive my POP3 e-mail in OE, a Sign In screen "This way
to the best of the Internet " comes up and then an error message number
0x800CCC18. What is the problem?

I have to 2 questions? 1. Currently a user's OE is
receiving e-mail using 2 addresses, one webmail@mail.com
and the other regmail@mail.com. The regmail is the
regular. How can I disable the receipt of webmail? So the

Some problem cropped up in my OE6. Everytime I try to send an email, the
following message pops up:
An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'PRSkater', Server:
'mail.adelphia.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '421 mta9.adelphia.net

It takes approx 45 secs to open. Used to open in about
4secs. any ideas please. I am running XpPro with 1800mhz

Do search with Google, list of sites appear.
Before I can get to the link a box pops up which says 'page not available'
and it is headed Microsoft Internet Explorer . I close that box and the page

Well, I have tried every kind of fix that was suggested on various web sites
and here as well. Unfortunately, none will work. Still stuck.
Fortunately, I have a workaround, i.e. disabling "Auto-Select" in Internet
Explorer's View "Encoding" sub-menu.  Curiously, this same workaround

I was wondering if anyone had ever heard of/experienced a
problem with duplicate outbound e-mails being generated
when sending through OE (or Outlook).  I've experienced
an infrequent problem where I send one outbound e-mail
