With 56k dialup I go online twice a day to bring in mail and newsgroup
messages, then being retired read them off line sometime later - if
I've no gardening or domestic jobs to be done!

After re-booting my system I my Inbox disappeared!  All of
the other local folders are there but no Inbox os messages.
Should I re-install? If I attempt to send/receive I can
send but I get an error for receiveing. Any other

I am running Outlook Express 6.0 and can no longer receive
any and ALL attachments.
No error messages are shown and nothing indicates that an

HI!  We recently setup a new computer with Outlook
Express.  I connected successfully to my RoadRunner
account.  Now I'm trying to copy my .dbx folders from the
old PC to the new one.  I put them in the same folder as

I recently had to reinstall 0E6 and after installation, my mailbox stores
were set to the default directory.  Before I imported my dbx archives,  I
changed the stores location from my default location, to where my archives
were stored.  I'm afraid that when I did this, I overwrote ...

OUTLOOK EXPRESS 6.0 DOES DELETE SOMETIMES, BUT AFTER I
DELETE 3 OR 5 E-MAILS I CAN NOT LONGER DELETE ANYMORE

Hi, I have researched this here and online. The two solutions I found were
to delete my outbox.dbx file

Everytime I recieve an email, it says that I recieved it 1 hour prior
to when I actually recieved it. The servers that house our email are
on the eastern time and we are in central time. However if I send
something to myself, all of the times are in central time, but it

I saved a bunch of emails (outlook Express) and they wound
up in a file that is identified as .DBX files.  When I
click the folder, I am asked what program I want to use to
open the file.  None listed will open the file.
