I use to have a telus connection, just got connected

when printing a email from OE6 the text alignment shifts

I did a repair reinstall to get rid of a bad cluster of files and now
when I try to open outlook express it just freezes an nothing such as
tools will open. The newsgroups are there but none will open and the
inbox is missing. I have reinstalled IE6 several times and nothing
