Outlook express keeps auto logging me into AOL Instant

On Netscape, I use mail.comcat.com as both my incoming
mail server and outgoing mail server and mail goes through

when i start OE 6 it tries to start msn messenger and then
it gives me an IPF message. OE6 works fine, its just kinda
annoying.

I open Outlook Express to receive my e-mails and it it says I
have 4 e-mails but they don't come through. The server times out and I press
