Is there a way to configure Outlook Express to only
accept email's from addresses within my Address book?

Outlook express keeps auto logging me into AOL Instant
messanger.
I followed the help instructions to disable it, however
the box they say to check/uncheck under tools options does

On Netscape, I use mail.comcat.com as both my incoming
