i was wondering if there is a way to change the default location of saving attachments from c:\documents and settings etc etc for this feature to something else? if so, can it be changed to something different for each identity?

Downloading on dial-up is painfully slow. On a dial-up service is there any advantage in deactivating QoS? Would Internet Explorer and/or Outlook Express work better if deactivated?
