Is there a way to set a default for background sound or
pictures in the emails you create?  If not, can I change
the icons that are on the side of the Browse window?  Any
help would be appreciated.

This happens on some mails but not others.  As soon as I
hit reply, the programme freezes, sometimes necessitating
a restart, sometimes not.  I've deleted the inbox but that
doens't seem to have fixed the problem.  

   I was working on a friends computer and I created a second identity for
my own use on outlook express and now OE is asking her for the password for
the Main Identity. Is there someway to delete the password or reset it?

Hey all. I just installed Word 97 on Xp Home and it works very well at
checking documents, but it won't work with OE. Everytime I select 'Spelling'

I have a user running Windows 2000 SP4 with all current hotfixes. Some
messages don't appear in his inbox but if he searches based on sender he
