I'm using Windows XP Home, OE 6. Sometimes OE will show that email is coming in but none shows up. Can anyone tell me where it goes when not showing up in the in box? Thank you

I have an email that appears red in the inbox. When opened it has a yellow line directly under the tool bar. A pair of eyeglasses is there along with the words "This message is being watched". What is this? Who is watching the email??? I cannot find anyhting on this.

I bought a new system that has XP on it. I backed up all my email files needed from my old system (which contains 98se on it) I was able to import the accounts and the emails... now when I go to import my address book onto the new system, it can't open the file.

I'm probably not the first with this problem. I upgraded from ME to XP Pro. My modem is working, I'm connected to my ISP and Outlook Express and Firefox are working. But, IE and other MS programmes go nowhere.
