When I launched OE this morning the window sizes were all reset and the mail rules are missing I back up tha mail folder twice a week so my question is: where are they stored?

I sent an email with the wrong address, and the error message keeps popping up with "rejected by server, protocol SMTP, etc etc Error Number . . . " I can't get rid of it, and every time I open or close Outlook Express, I get it again. Can anyone help?

Can someone tell me...is it possible to create mailto: shortcuts if you have multiple e-mail accounts? I mean...will the shortcut work or will having more than one email account interfere with the operation of the shortcut? Thanks for any input
