I can't delete sent e-mails.  A while back I had problems deleting any e-mail.

Everytime I go to click on send/receive or if I try to

somehow I have the delete box locked and I can't receive
any messages.  The top icons are missing such as
send/receive message and when I right click the mouse it
highlights everything and deletes them all at once.

Whenrver I try to send or receive E-Mails to my ISP
