Not sure what this feature is called, but, when the subject line in a News
Group is too long to be displayed in the column, a clipped subject line is
shown with 3 dots at the end(...), if you "hover" the mouse pointer over the
line the full line should pops up, so you don't have to ...

I had to reformat my computer, so I compacted all my e-
mail folders and saved them to disk. Now I can't open them
or import them back into OE. I would love to put them back

For most of applications you can fix the size of it's window in Property -
Maximized, Minimazed or Normal Window.
But where is this setting for Internet Explorer? There is no such setting in

Two days ago, I was trying to change computer passwords.

My computer abruptly began locking up whenever I click on links inside an
email or News Group message.  This has been going on for a week now.  I have
