I was setting up OE and I screwed up the account info and
now when I start OE it just locks up. Is there a way I
can delete the email accounts and start over or something

Hi, how can i open an attachment when the paperclip is
greyed out?

I would like to hide my read or ignored messages, but the current view in
the view drop down tools does not work. I've checked hide read or ignored
messages but it doesn't work. I still see all my messages.

I installed Windows Update SP-2 last night.  A window

Whenever I click on an email address while on the web, I
expect that Outlook will open and I will be able to send
a message from right there.  However, when I do that, 50
or 60 windows will open like crazy and they don't stop

My ROT13 function seems to have stopped working, I think this has been
since I installed SP2 but I'm not certain.
This is in Outlook Newsreader - another name for OE...

We just started using OE and have been running into some
problems that have resisted any easy fixes.
