Sorry if this question has been asked before (and most likely it has), but
I've done a search (in my know-very-little-about-PC's-for-of-way) and I

When I downloaded XP/SP2 everything worked successfully
for a while, then one day the 'External Message

I seem to be having a problem with o.e. when a link is sent
in an e-mail message. It just wont open unless I manually
paste it into the browser, just clicking on it doesnt work.

The weirdest thing has happened,
I have no idea how, but all my favorites have been deleted from IE, in the
windows folder, and the favorites folder itself is still there, but all my

When I receive an email with a link to a web page and hover the cursor over

I am wondering if the reference line in the header of the outbound sent
e-mail helps establish that your e-mail was sent to where you think it was
supposed to go.  I understand the routing info in received emails pretty
