My OE6 was corrupted, and I had to uninstall it from Add/Remove Programs. I accessed my Win ME Startup files within Add/Remove Programs, and OE is not displayed as a component or a sub-component eligible for reinstallation.

In OE I click on a message and press the Delete key. The messages is marked with a line through it, but it still stays there. Why is it not being removed?

When I launch Outlook 2003 and even after exiting, it stays next to my clock on the right hand side in my toolbar. Is there a way to make Outlook not do that? Thanks.

I have XP Home and am on cable for internet. Of late there has been a definite slowdown of downloads of web pages and emails into my Inbox. There is a noticable sluggishness/reluctance to start the download. Have to wait a while. It used to start almost immediate

I had a problem with my computer and had to have the OS reinstalled. I compacted all my mail folders and wrote them to CD. Problem is, now I can't import them back. When I use File > Import and select directory where they are, I get a "No messages found in this file blah blah ...
